The apparatus selectively discharges simultaneously cold/hot purified water passed through water colling/heating device directly connected to a water purifier. The apparatus comprises cold/hot water selection cocks (3),(4) on main cabinet (2), cooling/heating devices (9)(10) in the cabinet, purifier (5) directly connected to faucet, purifier tube (6) one end of which being formed into cooling coil tube (7), connecting with the device (9) and cold water cock and the other end of the tue (6) connecting with heating tank (10') of the heating device (10) provided with discharge tube (8') connected with hot water cock.
