PURPOSE:To produce the subject sweetening capable of ready handling, excellent in fashionability and mouth feeling and useful for bread, etc., by enclosing an aqueous solution mainly composed of fructose and glucose and having a prescribed sugar content together with carbon dioxide gas in an aerosol can. CONSTITUTION:An aqueous sugar solution containing one or two or more materials selected from honey, isomerized syrup, solid fructose, an aqueous mixture solution of solid fructose, solid glucose and date as the main components, mainly composed of fructose and glucose and having BX 50-68, a thickener (added preferably in an amount of 0.05-0.2 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. aqueous sugar solution) such as pectin and a foaming agent (added preferably in an amount of 0.05-0.2wt.%) such as quilaiasaponin are enclosed together with carbon dioxide gas having 4-6kg/cm<2> charged pressure at 20 deg.C in an aerosol can, thus obtaining the objective sweetening. |
