PURPOSE:To improve the convenience property by receiving and adding accent information and segmentation information between characters to an inputted character string, and outputting the character-string in a voice in accordance with this additional information. CONSTITUTION:From an input character group display area 11, an input of the alphabet is executed by a cursor, and it is arranged and displayed on a LINE area 12 in order of the input. When the input of this alphabet is finished, the cursor is moved to an ACCENT area 13, and desired accent information is inputted to the alphabet which is being displayed. Subsequently, the cursor is moved to a PAUSE area 14, and desired segmentation information is inputted. Next, an output speed of voice data is inputted in a speed area 15, and designation of intensity of an accent is inputted in an accent intensity area 16. Thereafter, whether Roman alphabet reading is executed in order of arrangement in the area 12, or Roman alphabet readins is executed in order reverse to this arrangement is designated in area 17, 18, the end of the input is informed in an area 19, and the voice control information input mode is finished. |
