PURPOSE:To realize an R-Fe-B sintered magnet manufacturing method which is easier in process control, can stably manufacture formed or sintered bodies having high strengths, etc., and can improve the moisture resistance and stability of manufactured magnets. CONSTITUTION:The N content of the starting material is controlled to <=50ppm so that no deterioration occur with lapse of time during the manufacturing process of a magnet even when the formed body of the starting material powder is exposed to an atmosphere containing moisture of 0.05g/l or more for more than one min. |
