PURPOSE:To make a part to be processed rotatable at an arbitrary angle of rotation by making it possible to freely designate the angle of rotation while the frame surrounding the part to be processed is freely rotated by means of a mouse, etc. CONSTITUTION:A part-to-be-processed designating means 2 designates the part to be processed instructed from a user with respect to image data on an image data 1. An angle-of-rotation designating means 3 designates the angle of rotation for rotating the part to be processed by inputting coordinate data by means of a mouse. An angle-of-rotation calculating means 4 calculates the angle of rotation from inputted coordinate data. A part-to-be-processed rotating means 5 rotates the part to be processed at the calculated angle of rotation and displays the rotated part to be processed on an output means 6. |
