<p>PURPOSE:To investigate an electrical problem caused by the unexpected disturbance of a DC voltage supplied to a circuit. CONSTITUTION:The tracer circuit is provided with a DC voltage sensor section 1 which observes a DC voltage supplied to a digital circuit controlled by microinstructions, A/D-converting section 2 which samples the measured values of the section 1 at every machine cycle and holds the values after binarizing the values, tracer memory 3 which stores the sampled values of the section 2 and the scanning addresses of the microinstructions at every machine cycle, and DC voltage supplying section 4 which supplies a DC voltage from a system which is different from the system which supplies the DC voltage to be observed to the sections 1 and 2 and memory 3.</p> |
