low-temp. polymerizing by reacting aromatic diamine with aromatic diacid chloride in the same mol as each other's to make liq. crystal prepolymer of intrinsic viscosity of 1-3 and extruding the liq. crystal prepolymer solution through a closed slit of width 0.03-0.09 mm of hollow spinneret with the speed of 0.5-3 m/sec, during which injecting polymerization accelerating solvent of ter-amine solvent, mixed solvent of ter-amine solvent and amide solvent or pyridine with the speed of 0.7-5.5 m/sec through induction pipe of diameter 0.03-0.09 mm set inside the closed slit of orifice, thus letting accelerating solvent contact with prepolymer solution.
