<p>PURPOSE:To correct the tracking deviation of a magnetic disk which rotates in a floating state by providing a correcting means for correcting the tracking deviation from a magnetic head pressing the end face of the magnetic disk. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic disk 1 is rotated in a casing 2 in a floating state and information is recorded and reproduced on the magnetic disk 1 by a magnetic head 3 fixed to the casing 2. A rotary shaft is shifted by pressing the end face of the magnetic disk 1 in accordance with the tracking deviation of the magnetic disk 1. Thus, the tracking deviation from the magnetic head 3 is corrected by the correcting means of piezoelectric elements 4a and 4b arranged on the position in the vicinity of, away from and opposed to the end face of the magnetic disk 1 of the casing 2 and opposed to each other as well.</p> |
