PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of ill conditions such as long waiting and reservation change caused by miscalculation by performing the assignment of an elevator using the feature quantity indicating the probability distribution form such as waiting time. CONSTITUTION:A group-control control device 2 is formed of an operation system program 21 and a learning intelligence system program 22. An operation control program 213 determines an assigned elevator to a newly generated hall call using the data of an elevator specification table 214 and a feature quantity data table 215 stored with the feature quantity indicating distribution form such as waiting time, on the basis of the content of a hall call data table 21,1 and an elevator control data table 212, and writes the result into the elevator control data table 212. Elevator control devices 3 then perform service to the hall call on the basis of the assigned result. |
