<p>PURPOSE: To provide a paperboard product having a sheet like shape consisting of polyolefin and wood fibers and optimum to a shoe insole. CONSTITUTION: A paperboard product has a ply shape equipped with two layers 1, 2 each composed of a mixture of polyolefin fibers and soft wood pulp. One layer 2 among two layers contains a large amt. of polyolefin fibers as compared with wood pulp (high polyolefin layer) and the other layer 1 contains large amt. of wood pulp as compared with polyolefin fibers (low polyolefin layer). At a time of use, two plies A, B are superposed one upon another so that respective high polyolefine layers become a contact state and laminated under heating and pressure to form a harder board.</p> |
