APPARATUS FOR CLEANING VISCOUS LIQUID INJECTION HEAD

PURPOSE:To easily and certainly remove the refuse due to the remaining of a viscous liquid from the outer surface of a viscous liquid injection head and to prevent that refuse removed from the viscous liquid injection head remains on a removing member. CONSTITUTION:An injection head 17 is brought into contact with a piano wire 23 held to a stretched state under pressure to bend the piano wire into a U- shape or an inverted U-shape and the half of the outer surface of the injection head is relatively rubbed with the piano wire 23 to remove the refuse bonded to said half part. Thereafter, the injection head 17 is brought into contact with the piano wire 23 under pressure on the opposite side thereof to be treated in the same way to remove the refuse on the remaining half of the outer surface of the injection head 17. The refuse removed from the injection head 17 and bonded to the piano wire 23 is allowed to fall from the piano wire 23 by the restoration of the piano wire 23 to the stretched state at every time and the vibration thereof at that time.
