PURPOSE:To provide a compsn. for a high reliability thermistor having a low rate of variation of resistance, high specific resistance and high B constant characteristics. CONSTITUTION:Metal oxides contg. 100mol%, in total, of three kinds of metallic elements including 10-90mol% Mn, 0.01-80mol% Ni and 0.01-50mol% Al are prepd. and 0.01-30.0wt.% chromium oxide and 0.01-60.0wt.% iron oxide are added to the metal oxides to obtain a compsn. for a thermistor. |
