PURPOSE:To offer a dielectric porcelain compsn. relatively low in burning temp. at the time of manufacturing, high in a dielectric constant and sufficiently small in the rate of temp. change and its manufacture. CONSTITUTION:In a stereoscopic componental diagram expressed by a general formula: [Pb(Mg3/1Nb2/3)O3]a[Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3]b[Pb(Ni1/3Nb2/3)O3]c[PbT-iO3]d and showing the correlation of molar ratios with (a)+(b)+(c)+(d)=1, this compsn, contains main components in the range of a polyhedron using A to H as apexes and accessory components constituted of, to the above, by mole, 0.44 to 4.00% MgO, 0.33 to 1.98% Pb3O4 and <=0.6% Mn components, and in which a part of the Pb element in the main components is substituted by Ba, Ca or Sr in the ratio of <=4.9atomic%. |
