<p>PURPOSE:To ensure an operation based on an instruction related to input/output in a processor to operate at the internal clock of frequency higher than the clock frequency outside an integrated circuit. CONSTITUTION:Information to show phase relation (2-2, 2-4) between an internal clock CKF where this instruction is to be executed and an external clock CKS is set in some field in the instructions 3, 6. When the phase relation between the internal clock CKF and the external clock CKS at the time of execution is different from the phase relation indicated with the set information, an NOP is inserted until the phase relation (2-2, 2-4) is attained, and the execution is waited. Thus, even though from what phase of the clock outside the integrated circuit an input/output instruction is started, the exchange of data between the inside and the outside of the integrated circuit can be ensured.</p> |
