<p>PURPOSE:To increase the number of parallelly arranged filters without increasing the size of a casing to enhance treatment performance in an exhaust gas treatment device by supporting the filters slidably in the axial direction of a partition member in a casing. CONSTITUTION:A connection member 23 is supported by a supporting member 22 fixed to a partition member 14 in a gas-tight and axially slidable manner with respect to said member 22 and said connection member 23 has a plurality of branch pipes 23b2 which are connected to filters 21. Each of the filters 21 is connected to each of the branch pipes 23b2 so that a plurality of filters 21 are supported by one supporting member 22 and one connection member 23.</p> |
