<p>PURPOSE:To attain low power consumption by making it possible to use the integrated internal circuit of low withstand voltage, and besides, to use the internal circuit similarly to a conventional circuit by making it possible to supply external input power supply having the same voltage as in the conventional circuit. CONSTITUTION:A regulator 7 is provided, and the internal power supply of voltage lower than external input supply voltage is generated by this, and this internal power supply is supplied to the internal circuit 4. A voltage level shifter 8 raises a data signal to the voltage level of the external input power supply when the data signal outputted from the internal circuit 4 is outputted to the outside.</p> |
