The dielectric ceramics by low temperature sintering has the molecular formula of [Pb(Zr0.5Ti0.5)O3 X [Pb(Mn0.5W0.5)O3 Y [Pb(Zn0.5W0.5)O3 Z, where X = 0.1-0.5 mol.%, Y = 0.1-0.7 mol.%, Z = 0.1-0.8 mol.%, and X+Y+Z = 1. The dielectric ceramics for a multilayer condenser is prepared by sintering at less than 1,000 deg.C for 4 hrs. and its properties have high insulating resistance, high dielectric constant relative permittivity, low variation rate of electrostatic capacity. The ceramic dielectrics has more than 2,800 of permittivity and less than 2 % of dielectric loss.
