The formula of this piezoelectric thickness oscillator is Pb(Sb1/2Nb1/2)O3- Pb(Mn1/3Nb2/3)O3-PbTiO3-PbZrO3 system, and the composition is composed of 0.065 <=Pb(Sb11/2Nb1/2)O3 0.085, 0.015 Pb(Mn1/3Nb2/3)O3 <= 0.035, 0.45 <= PbTiO3 <= 0.47, 0.43 <= PbZrO3 <= 0.45, adding PbO and NiO with the range of 1.0 wt.% <= PbO <= 1.5 wt.%, 0.5 wt.% <= NiO <= 1.0 wt.% to improve Kt value and centric frequency temperature properties on making a filter. The raw materials of this piezoelectric ceramics are selected with PbO, Sb2O3, Nb2O3, TiO2, ZrO2, MnCO3, NiO. It is prepared by sintering the the above mixture at 850 deg.C for 2-3 hrs., adding conventional binder and 1 wt.% of 10%-PVA aqueous solution, crushing and forming particles.
