This is a current outlet socket in which a shutoff flap (28) is mounted so as to slide between a position for which it shuts off the orifices (18) giving access to the live cells and a position for which it frees them, and, in order to do this, it includes two panels (32) linked by a mid part (31), associated with these holes (18). According to the invention, each of these panels (32) includes at least one pawl (42, 44) by which, in deployed position of rest, it is able to come into engagement with an adjacent fixed stop (43, 45) when the shutoff flap (28) is subjected to a rotational force about an axis perpendicular to its plane, which then sufficiently limits the skewing of the latter for the corresponding hole (18) not to be uncovered. Application to current outlet sockets with a shutoff flap. <IMAGE>
