PURPOSE:To enable an equal magnetic field map to be created easily by overlapping one coil of a set of plane-direction flux primary inclination detection coil onto one coil of a second plane-direction flux primary inclination detection coil which is adjacent on the surface. CONSTITUTION:A DC flux detection coil 4 is placed on a reference position and coordinates (0, 0) and coils 1a and 1b of a set of plane-direction flux primary inclination detection coil are placed at the coordinates (0, 0) and (0, 1), respectively. By adding an output of the coil set 1 to a detection data of the coil 4, a second coil 1'b is placed on coordinates (0,2) overlappingly with the coil 1b at the coordinates (0, 1) and then by adding a detection data of the coil set 1' to the data of the coordinates (0, 1), a flux value of the coordinates (0, 2) is obtained. Further, a coil set which is adjacent in vertical direction on a row of X=m is superposed and is related by 01110, thus enabling a magnetic field data of any coordinates to be obtained in reference to a reference position and an equal magnetic field map to be drawn easily. |
