<p>PURPOSE:To provide a bookbinding device wherein foreign matters entered into a binder loading part can be easily discharged and entrance of the discharged foreign matters into other mechanism can be prevented. CONSTITUTION:A bookbinding device 30 is provided with a binder loading part 31, an inner lid 37, and a magnetic substance receiving part 60. The binder loading part 31 comprises on its one end a binder inserting opening 34 for inserting a book binder 40, in the inside thereof a housing part 35 for housing the book binder, and on a side part thereof a discharge opening 33a communicating with the housing part 35. The inner lid 37 is arranged in an openable manner in the inside of the binder loading part 31. When the book binder 40 is not inserted into the housing part 35, the inner lid 37 is arranged so as to form a passage 38 between the housing part 35 and the discharge opening 33a and so as to cover the bottom of the binder loading part 31. A receiving member 60 is provided at a lower part of the discharge opening 33a of the binder loading part 31 so as to receive foreign matters to be discharged from the discharge opening 33a.</p> |
