MELTING LANCE AND METHOD OF TORPEDO LADLE CAR

An internal metal dissolution lance for a molten pig iron carrying vessel forms a vertical nozzle (12) and five to nine radical inclined nozzles (11) with thirty to ninety degree angle of inclination on its lower part. The dissolution lance is round cylindrical type, is able to be moved up and down, and connected with the air supply line (3) on it's upper part. The internal virgin metal dissolution method includes a step to put coke, an ignition agent, and burning materials in a Torpedo Ladle Car (TLC), a step to descent the lance until the distance between the end of the vertical nozzle of the lance and the break surface is three hundred to seven hundred mm, and a step to blow air in the TLC through the lance.
