PURPOSE:To provide the plate material which has excellent water developability and image reproducibility, has tough reliefs and good printability. CONSTITUTION:This compsn. consists of 100 pts.wt. denatured polyvinyl alcohol formed by bringing partially hydrolyzed polyvinyl acetate having 60 to 99mol% degree of saponification and 300 to 2000 degree of polymn. and acid anhydride into reaction to add a carboxyl group to the side chain, 0.1 to 10 pts.wt. unsatd. epoxy compd., 20 to 200 pts.wt. photopolymerizable unsatd. compd. having ethylenic double bonds in the molecule, and 0.1 to 10 pts.wt. photopolymn. initiator. |
