<p>PURPOSE:To easily form picture elements of desired densities in the process for producing color filters by an electrophotographic system. CONSTITUTION:The picture elements and a charge potential measuring section 7 for measuring a charge potential on the outside of the picture elements are provided in an exposing stage. A developing bias value is determined by the measured value of the charge potential of the charge potential measuring section 7 for charge potential measurement on the outside of the picture elements and thereafter, development is executed while the developing bias value is impressed, by which the picture elements are formed and the color filters are produced.</p> |
