摘要 PURPOSE:To shape a solid body of large size in a short time by scanning light permeable sections of a plurality of one-dimensional optical masks correspondingly to respective horizontal sectional shape while varying said section continuously. CONSTITUTION:First, light exposure masks 3 of respective line shape and a light source 4 are moved integrally in the arrow mark direction by a monoaxial stage 5 while light shutter sections of respective exposure masks 3 are photoset. At that time, the light permeable sections of respective exposure masks 3 are varied continuously and exposed correspondingly to the horizontal sectional shape as the exposure masks 3 are moved, and respective exposure masks 3 and the light source 4 can be moved at constant rate while retaining the constant interval without stopping at the time of scanning. Thus, finally the desired horizontal sectional shape of respective exposure masks 3 and the light source 4 are photoset by the thickness of micro-film simply by moving them by the slight distance. Said photoset layers are laminated successively to shape a three-dimensional solid shaped body.
