<p>Trans-benzopyran-4,3b-1,4-oxazines of the formula <CHEM> wherein R is hydrogen, alkyl or aryl alkyl; X is hydroxy, alkyl, alkoxy, halogen, or benzyloxy. The compounds are presynaptic dopamine agonists and may be used in pharmaceutical composition form for treating psychoses, e.g., schizophrenia.</p> |
