PURPOSE:To produce fine resin particles having a fine and uniform particle size, excellent in humidity resistance and desirable as a dry toner. CONSTITUTION:A process for producing fine resin particles mainly consisting of structural units derived from a hydrophobic polymerizable monomer, wherein a hydrophilic monomer is polymerized in the presence of a water-soluble fluorocarbon surfactant in the first step, and a monomer based on the hydrophobic polymerizable monomer is polymerized in the second step. |
