PURPOSE:To provide a frame lock type lock means for a seat belt and to mount also an accessory device, such as a comfort device, on the belt. CONSTITUTION:A first protrusion shaft 4b of a reel shaft 4 is loosely engaged with a recessed part 20a, formed in the end of an output shaft 20, with a given gap therebetween. In this case, though the output shaft 20 and the reel shaft 4 are relatively movable in an axial direction, the two members are loosely engaged with each other relatively non-rotatably in a rotation direction. Thus, the reel shaft 4 is rotatable, as shown by a two-dot chain line, around the end of the first protrusion shaft 4b being a loosely engaged part therebetween. When the reel shaft 4 is rotated as described above, a tooth 13b of a right ratchet 13 is engaged with a tooth 9a of a right wall 2b. |
