CONSTITUTION: This medium dispenser, which mainly comprises a casing 2, a medium reservoir 3, a discharge control means 5 and a discharge pump 7, is provided in the discharge pump 7 with a restoring means 20 having at least one restoring spring 21, and between the medium reservoir 3 and an outlet 29 with a medium guide having substantially no metallic surfaces or comprising a plastic, glass or ceramic material. |
