PURPOSE:To prevent inferior performance, by separating the elastic body for pressing and pressing independently needle by needle. CONSTITUTION:The elastic bodies 13-15 for pressing are mounted to the metal plate each independently and respectively for the needles 7-9, resulting in the uniform load on each needle, and avoiding lesser load. Thus there are no inferior performances to the outer electrode. |
