PURPOSE:To offer a device having simple structure for manufacturing KAKIAGE TEMPURA (fries of mixed ingredients) whose thickness is thin in a uniform shape, and also, by an efficient frying work, at the time of producing a large quantity of KAKIAGE TEMPURA. CONSTITUTION:One or more pieces of surrounding members 2 having a size required for frying TEMPURA (fried fish, prawn, lobster, etc.) on the lower side than an oil level OL in a heating oil tank 1 is movably or fixedly set and one or many pieces of teeth-like member 5s are provided on a rotary body 3 for allowing a mixed body to ascend/descend and rotating or allowing it to ascend/descent, revolving and moving it horizontally and vertically to the mixed body of a TEMPURA coating solution and ingredents thrown into the surrounding member 2, this teeth-like member 5 is inserted into the surrounding member 2 from the upper part of the surrounding member so that the mixture is dispersed. |
