PURPOSE:To enable an IC feed mechanism correspondent to an automatic equipment in an IC manufacturing process to feed an IC smoothly. CONSTITUTION:An IC feed rail is tilted to enable an IC 1 to flow from left to right by its own weight. A lower plate 3 provided with a slope 8 and a relief section 7 and an upper plate 2 are provided, furthermore stoppers 4 and 5 which stop the flow of ICs and a forcibly separating knocker 6 are provided, and a sliding surface is formed into a slope, whereby the IC feed rail is lessened in frictional force to the ICs, and when the ICs catch, they are forcibly released by the knocker 6. |
