PURPOSE:To produce a producing device capable of efficiently producing slash hydrogen having uniform solid particle diameter. CONSTITUTION:A liquid hydrogen feeding and discharging path 2 is connected to the lower part of an adiabatic closed vessel 1 and, simultaneously, a discharge path 4 and helium gas feed path 5 are connected to the upper part of the adiabatic closed vessel 1. A heat exchanger 7 and vacuum pump 9 are arranged to the discharge path 4 successively from the side of adiabatic closed vessel 1. A stirring means 16 is arranged in the adiabatic closed vessel 1 and the stirring means 16 is driven from the outside of the adiabatic closed vessel 1.
