<p>PURPOSE:To realize a device with which the loading status of a cassette can be judged an early stage and the reliability of the device is improved in the handling to obtain the efficient movement of a tray device. CONSTITUTION:A cassette detecting lever 701 is provided on the position where a cassette is placed on a the tray device. The rotation position of the cassette detecting lever on the other end is varied according to the presence of the cassette. In the process of inserting the tray device in a casing, a shutter mechanism 720 is operated or left unoperated according to the rotation position of the cassette detecting lever 701. The shutter mechanism is acted on a tape-end detection element 730, and the presence or the absence of the cassette can be decided by inputting the detecting signal from a tape-end detection element 730 to a control part.</p> |
