<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the shortage of hot water quantity by enabling a fixed amount of hot water to be maintained at a specified temperature all the time and resupplying a spent amount of hot water even if a large amount of hot water is spent. CONSTITUTION:When an automatic additional heating setting means 2 is set, the power supply to a lower part heating medium 101 is controlled based on a water temperature detected by a residual hot water detection means 5 and a lower part water temperature detected by a lower part hot water measurement means 103. When a manual additional heating setting means 1 is set, the power supply to an upper part heating medium 102 is controlled based on the upper part temperature detected by an upper part hot water temperature measurement means 104. When the automatic additional heating setting means 2 and the manual additional heating setting means 1 are not set, the power supply starts from the upper part heating medium based on the charging time and the charging start time computed by an arithmetic operation means 4 and power supply is controlled based on the temperature detected by the upper part hot water temperature measurement means. When the temperature exceeds a specified value, the power supply is changed over to the lower part heating medium and controlled based on the temperature detected by the lower part hot water measurement means. When the temperature exceeds a set value, the power supply is changed over to the upper part heating medium 102.</p> |
