<p>PURPOSE:To miniaturize the tape guide device and to make it inexpensive by making the supporting component be constituted of the main spindle which is longer than the guide component, a shoulder part regulating at least one end position of the supporting projection supporting the guide component and the guide component, provided on this, and a screw part. CONSTITUTION:In a tape guide device 17 composed of a pipe state guide component 12 guiding the tape, an ultrasonic vibration element 13 making the guide component 12 standing wave vibration by defining one end as a free end and fixing the other end to the guide component 12 and the supporting component supporting the guide component 12, the supporting component is composed of a main spindle 14 which is longer than the guide component 12 and has a thickness penerating the inside of the guide component 12, a supporting projection 14b which is provided on the main spindle 14 and supports the guide component 12 at the position corresponding to the node part for the standing wave vibration in the guide component 12, a shoulder part 14c which is provided on the main spindle 14 and regulates at least one end position of the guide component 12 and a screw part 14d.</p> |
