PURPOSE:To automaticaly perform roasting and packing without requiring the manual work by removing spit bars from Chikuwa (steamed and roasted fish paste rolls), and individually aligning and conveying the fish paste rolls in sequence in a fish paste roll manufacturing machine. CONSTITUTION:Spit bars B of Chikuwa (steamed and roasted fish paste rolls) A are supported and conveyed between spit receiving grooves 3, 3 of a shift conveyor 5, the spit bars B are extracted to the side by a spit removing conveyor provided gradually apart from the shift conveyor 5 on one side, the fish paste rolls A on the shift conveyor 5 are pinched by the pinching tool 10 of a fish paste roll pintching shift conveyor 11 installed above it, and the fish paste rolls A are shifted and stored in the bucket 8 of a fish paste roll transport conveyor 9 and individually aligned and conveyed in sequence. |
