PURPOSE:To improve the utilizing efficiency of the entire system by devising the system such that store exchange is attained even when the length of a communication message comprising medium information sent from a communication terminal equipment is a prescribed message or over. CONSTITUTION:When a mail box registration request message addressed to a terminal equipment C3 and sent from a terminal equipment B2 via a network 8 is received through a communication control section 11, a main control section 10 checks whether or not a received message exceeds a maximum length of a prescribed message, and check whether or not a medium type 24 is a picture when the maximum length is exceeded. When the medium is the picture, whether or not a destination terminal equipment of the message can receive the picture based on a medium table is checked, and when the destination terminal equipment is a terminal equipment able to process the picture, the mail distribution is processed to send the message automatically to the destination communication terminal equipment. |
