PURPOSE:To obtain fibrous pellets, a manufacture thereof, a manufacture of molded articles thereof and a fixation method by fibrous pellets, wherein such fibrous pellets are of the type that a film is formed on the outer surface of a cylindrical body composed of fibrous matter obtained by cutting fiber matter into a narrow width for superimposing and thereafter twisting them, and they are cut into a predetermined length and the inner layer place of the resulting cylindrical or spherical bodies is allowed to contain air. CONSTITUTION:Old paper is passed through the blades 28a, 28b of a cutting mechanism 12 for making fibrous matter and then put into a rotating rotor 14 so as to form a cylindrical body 56 wherein air is contained within the inner layer places made by tanggles of the fibrous matter through twisting. In order to effect a synthetic resin treatment on the outer surface of the cylindrical body 56, synthetic resin is sprayed by means of a spray gun 60a or 60f for rendering the synthetic resin adhere to the outer surface of the cylindrical body 56, following this, the resin is dried in a drying furnace 66 whereby a resin film is formed on the outer surface of the cylindrical body 56. In the next place, the cylindrical body 56 is cut for obtaining fibrous pellets. By filling and then heating the fibrous pellets into the cavity of a mold, the resin films on the outer surface of the fibrous pellets are allowed to melt one another. Next, the mold is cooled, thereby obtaining a molded article of the fibrous pellets. |
