PURPOSE:To provide a mounting method for components having high availability and easily coping with switching of a manufacturing product type. CONSTITUTION:A mounting method for components comprising the steps of disposing in series a plurality of component mounting units 2a-2d, providing work transfer means 3 for sequentially transferring works 4 from one end to the other end of a component mounting unit arranging line, mounting all the number of components on one work 4 by one unit, and feeding forward without mounting the components on the work 4 when the component-mounted work is fed, and when the work 4 not mounted yet with the component is fed during the component mounting and while component mounting is not permitted. |
