PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of printing trouble such as shock-streak to perform registering in circumferential and axial directions during operation or stop, to increase the strength of a split plate cylinder and to reduce manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION:At the time of registering in a circumferential direction, driving bevel gears 13, 42 are rotated and also moved in an axial direction to perform the registering of a plate cylinder main body 34 and a shell 36 in the circumferential direction. At the time of registering in the axial direction, the journal 37 on the operation side A of the plate cylinder main body 34 and the end part on the operation side A of an adjusting shaft 40 are moved in the axial direction to perform the registering of the plate cylinder main body 34 and the shell 36 in the axial direction. By this constitution, a split plate cylinder 33 is strongly supported and the plate cylinder main body 34 and the shell 36 are synchronously driven while the adjusted registers of both of them in the circumferential and axial directions are held and the registerings of the plate cylinder main body 34 and the shell 36 in both directions are separately performed during operation and stop and, at the times of respective registerings, no effect is exerted on other registering result. |
