JOINT STRUCTURE OF SYNTHETIC RESIN HOLLOW BODY

PURPOSE:To provide a joint structure providing a joint force with high joint strength without providing a slide structure in a mold in the case when a hollow body is prepd. by butting half split bodies. CONSTITUTION:In the title joint structure wherein injection-molded half split bodies are butted together at their end faces and a molten resin material for jointing is cast at the butted part to joint them, the jointing end face of each half split body is an uneven face of a longitudinal crosssection going in and out in the mold-release direction and it is formed in such a way that the molten resin can be cast into a curved part or a multi-branched part formed by the uneven races at butted condition.
