PURPOSE:To provide a rigid polyurethane foam having a purpose to reduce highly pollutive chlorofluorocarbons (foaming agent), a method for producing the same, and a method for producing a composite material using the same. CONSTITUTION:A rigid polyurethane foam containing inorganic and/or organic fine powder having a particle diameter of <=0.5mum in an amount of 0.01-20 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of a polyol component, a method for producing the same, and a method for producing a composite material thereof. The production method permits to remarkably reduce the use of pollutive chlorofluorocarbons and further to obtain rigid polyurethane foams and composite materials thereof using low pollutive hydrochlorofluorocarbons or hydrofluorocarbons (foaming agents) and having the same physical properties as those using the chlorofluorocarbons. |
