PURPOSE:To surely lubricate the sections to be lubricated of both scrolls while refrigerating capacity is being secured by mixing oil particles with lubricant at a specified ratio regardless of the operating conditions of a compressor and the like. CONSTITUTION:There are formed both a guide surface 12a which leads refrigerant gas discharged out of a discharging port 11 roughly downward, and collision surfaces 15a and 16a which separated included oil particles, in the discharge chamber 13 with the guided refrigerant gas by the guide surface 12a hit against the collision surfaces. The specified enclosed quantity of separated lubricant is accumulated below the collision surfaces 15a and 16a, and the collision surfaces 15a and 16a are finally to be formed at a position from which lubricant exceeding the enclosed quantity overflows above the collision surfaces 15a and 16a.
