PURPOSE:To inspect an object to be inspected symmetric on both sides thereof at a high speed with high accuracy using an ultrasonic wave. CONSTITUTION:Hollow stands 4 are provided on both sides of an object 1 to be inspected and movable stands 5 are received in the fixed stands 4 so as to be freely movable in the direction of the object 1 to be inspected. Oscillators 2A and vibration receivers 2B are provided to the movable stands 5 so as to be freely movable in the axial direction of the object 1 to be inspected and the axis of the object 1 to be inspected is provided in an orthogonal direction. |
