PURPOSE:To heat-shrink a sealed bag to cause the bag to adhere to the content without forming an air vent hole in the bag. CONSTITUTION:A pressure block 31 is provided via working controller 35 rearward of heating seal bars 29, 30 to the carrying direction of a tray 12. A tubular film 11a expands by an inert gas flashing from a gas supply pipe 24, the pressure block 31 moves downward and seals a film by the heating seal bars 29, 30 while pushing out the gas into the tray 12, and thereafter the film is heat- shrunk in a heating tunnel 40. Because the gas in the tray is pushed out, the gas around the tray is absorbed into the tray and the film adheres to the tray when the film shrinks.
