PURPOSE:To prevent a battery from being completely discharged by driving a vehicle-height regulating means only while a vehicle-height detection signal is inputted during a predetermined period of time. CONSTITUTION:When the vehicle-height detection signal S1 is continuedly outputted from a vehicle-height sensor (UP)1 for such reasons as parking with one-side wheels of a vehicle placed on a road-shoulder or parking on an unleveled rugged ground, power is supplied to an amplifier 2 or 7 for a time set on a timer 14 so as to drive the vehicle-height regulating means (a compression/discharge solenoid valve 4 and a shock absorber 5). After the time set on the timer 14, the power supply for the amplifier 3 or 7 is stopped to prevent the battery 9 from being discharged completely.
