PURPOSE:To obtain a tasty coffee by making the coffee powder steaming process and coffee extracting process closer to hand drip extracting method, and in addition, improve the removing rate of chlorine content in water by circulating water and repeating heating until the time when the most appropriate hot water temperature to pour on the coffee powder is obtained. CONSTITUTION:A hot water reservoir tank 16 is provided between a water rising pipe 15 and a coffee basket 8, and a control valve and re-heating heater are provided on the hot water reservoir tank 16, and at the top end of the hot water reservoir tank 16, a running water port is provided. A time lag is provided before power supply to the re-heating heater 17. In addition, opening/ closing of the above-mentioned control valve 20 is controlled by a temperature sensing element 27 and a microcomputer. |
