HOLDER FOR SQUARE SHAPE CASSETTE

PURPOSE: To provide a holder from which a cassette can be easily taken out with only one hand. CONSTITUTION: There is provided a holder 1 for a rectangular cassette such as a magnetic tape cassette 2. This holder has two parallel main walls 20, 21; three transverse walls 22 to 24 connecting these main walls to each other; and one short opened side section 25 to which (or from which) the cassette can be inserted (or removed) a cassette storing space defined by each of these walls. One of the main walls of the holder has a window 26 for exposing the main wall (e.g. the main wall having a label 6 therein) of the cassette inserted into the holder. This window is at least partly opened and then in the case that the holder is held with the palm of one hand, the cassette can be pushed at least partly with a thumb.
