PURPOSE:To reduce pain of a person to be inspected by enabling inspection or treatment using a plurality of processing devices while making the diameter of an endoscope thin and achieving a simplification of operability. CONSTITUTION:A first processing device channel 8 out of two processing device channels 8 and 9 is provided with an induction element 17 for processing devices only on the side of an induction port 8a thereof and a high frequency snare 21 sticks out on the extension of an induction port 9a of the second processing device channel 9 without the induction element for the processing device within a visual field of an observation window 6. In this endoscope, the induction element 17 for the processing device is operated while making an observation with a monitor, to insert grip forceps 18 through an electrode loop 21a of the high frequency snare 21 for introducing the high frequency snare 21 to a part to be inspected, being guided with the grip forceps 18 so that the electrode loop 21a abuts the part to be inspected to excise the part. |
